The Heart Foundation was founded by Lindsey and Ashton, the daughters of Steven S. Cohen, whose father was killed by heart disease at the young age of 35. These two sisters made it their life’s mission to raise awareness on the dangers of heart disease at a young age and finding preventative treatment for it.
The ‘About Heart Disease’ tab explains what is heart disease and the scope and impact of the nonprofit. It also offers suggestions for reducing your risk and links to resources. P.K.
